Concrete Grinding
CONDEC specialise in the removal of concrete coatings. All concrete is dustless diamond ground before the application of any coatings. This ensures the adequate adhesion of coatings and prevents any future delamination. CONDEC own a 320kg 3-phase floor grinder and portable generator for fast and high quality finishes.
All grinders are connected to dust extractors and separators to provide as dust-free environment as possible.
Vinyl and Tile Removal
CONDEC uses jack hammers on trolleys with tile smasher heads. All doorways are blocked off with plastic sheets, and room ventilators are used to extract any dust. Once tiles are lifted, they are placed in our tipper trailer and removed from site. The tile glue is then removed by dustless diamond grinding.
Vinyl and cork floors are removed by using our mechanical floor scraper, and glue is then diamond ground off.
All rubbish is taken off site.
